At 5e consulting we can build, develop and deliver bespoke training for your organisation to ensure that staff and your business as a whole remain legally compliant. We currently provide the following training courses and are in the process of developing and adding more.

All employers and business owners are legally required to provide employees with sufficient information and training on fire safety. Our training course will provide participants with the required theoretical knowledge required to be qualified fire wardens.

Assessors Course
Our DSE assessors course outlines the risks to employees posed by regular usage of DSE, how to manage them, the postures and positions users should assume, and the alternative types of DSE that are available.
Manual Handling Training Course
Every year, 300,000 people in the UK suffer from back pain due to work-related manual handling accidents. Our manual handling course will assist employers by providing course participants with the necessary information and instruction to better understand more about the risks associated with manual handling, how to undertake a manual handling risk assessment and how to ensure appropriate control measures are put in place.
Asbestos awareness training Course
According to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), asbestos is responsible for 4500 deaths a year, and is the biggest single cause of occupationally related deaths. Our asbestos awareness course will assist your organisation in complying with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The course will also enable participants to understand what asbestos is, where it may be encountered, the dangers associated with asbestos exposure, and what to do if asbestos is discovered.
HEALTH AND SAFETY TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES
Risk Assessment
Training Course
If you’re an employer with 5 or more employees, it is a legal requirement to undertake and document an assessment of the work-related activities that present the risk of harm or injury. Our risk assessment training course will teach participants what risk assessments are, as well as how and when to perform them. It will also provide participants with an understanding of the benefits of compiling a comprehensive risk assessment, to ensure legal compliance is met.
